Another London derby awaits Arsenal, who have dropped all the way to fourth place in the Premier League standings.
The Gunners face Fulham on New Year's Eve after falling to West Ham United three days earlier. It was that result that bumped Mikel Arteta's men down the table, but they can climb part of the way back up with a victory on Sunday.
They face a Fulham side who have lost three games in a row. The Cottagers have been held scoreless across those three matches, a streak they'll try to break in the final game of 2023 at home.
For Arsenal, Arteta just wants his players to focus on doing what led them to the top of the table for most of the season so far, and not let the recent results get the better of them against a side they should beat.
"It’s no panic, it’s about trying to do more, do better and win games," Arteta said. "If the team plays like this, they are going to win lots of games."
