A young manager on an upward trajectory, Vincenzo Italiano has less than a decade of experience on the sidelines.
The 45-year-old enjoyed a lengthy playing career, mostly with Hellas Verona but also with stops at Genoa, Padova and Chievo. He immediately transitioned to coaching upon hanging up his boots, and he cut his teeth in Serie C and Serie B before leading Spezia to promotion to Serie A.
From there, Italiano moved on to Fiorentina, where he led the side to a Coppa Italia final in 2023 and is currently getting his side ready for the UEFA Europa Conference League final on June 7.
