England return to Nations League action this week, with games against Greece and Finland, still under the charge of interim boss Lee Carsley.
The FA's search for Gareth Southgate has reportedly not progressed since Carsely's first two games, and there is now speculation that he's set to land the post on a full-time basis.
One man who thinks that Carsley should be given a chance to show what he can do is former England winger Lee Sharpe, who spoke exclusively to DAZN via NewBettingOffers.co.uk
Sharpe believes that the former Everton midfielder brings a sense of continuity to the set-up and has been encouraged by the start Carsley has made.
Sharpe said: "Well, I don't know much about Lee Carsley as a manager. I know he did well with the under-21s, and I think a lot of the time, if you keep continuity and keep it coming from within the ranks, I think that's a good thing.

"I think he started off pretty brightly. Brought in a couple of new caps. Showed he was brave enough to bring in some young lads that were playing well and in form, which is what you want from an England manager. Knowing that if you're playing well, then you're going to get a chance.
"So, I don't see why they couldn't give him a chance for a couple of seasons and give him up until the next tournament and see how we do."
