Manchester United's recent form is a concern as they prepare to meet Premier League leaders Liverpool at Anfield on Sunday.
The Red Devils have lost three of their last four matches across all competitions, failing to score in any of those defeats. They are out of the Champions League and have slipped to seventh place in the league, and now they must face the red-hot Reds.
Add in the fact that United's last visit to Anfield was a 7-0 loss, and things look increasingly grim for Erik ten Hag's side ahead of Sunday's showdown.
However, one former player who starred for both sides offered up some advice on how United can approach the match.
Michael Owen, speaking to BoyleSports who offer the latest Premier League Odds, said the Red Devils need to forget about form and just play freely.
"Anfield can be a stadium where you can take a real beating, and Man United have felt that in the past!" Owen said.
"Instead of going there with fear and defending the entire game, they should look at how Spurs played against Man City [earlier this month]. They had a real plan and arrived at the Etihad with no fear.
"They could have easily lost 6-1, but that's the only way you improve! Once you have a blueprint, then you can amend it from there."
