Louis Saha believes Brentford and England forward Ivan Toney would be a good fit for Tottenham Hotspur.

Spurs finished fifth in the Premier League last season and out of the Champions League places, having scored fewer goals than all four teams that finished above them.

As such, the North London side may be looking to upgrade their attack, and former Tottenham forward Saha thinks Toney is the ideal man for the club to pursue this summer.

"Ivan Toney would be fantastic for Tottenham because he’s more reliable than the players they have in that position," Saha told Gambling Zone. "Toney and Heung Min-Son could form a great partnership under Ange Postecoglou.

"Richarlison can be a really good forward but he’s not a striker, he’s not someone who is going to score 15 or 20 goals a season, he’s dangerous but isn’t that type of player.

"Toney to Tottenham makes perfect sense, he’s the type of player who can work on his own or with a second striker."
