Manchester City could win the Premier League title on Sunday.
The Sky Blues host Chelsea looking to wrap up their title race, although they could already have the silverware wrapped up before they kick a ball since a loss by Arsenal to Nottingham Forest a day earlier would also seal first place for Pep Guardiola's men.
While the Gunners losing to Forest seems unlikely, City claiming victory over Chelsea seems like the most likely conclusion in that match. The Sky Blues have defeated the London side three straight times in the league, all by 1-0 score lines, but given the way Guardiola has his team playing a single-goal result would probably be the best-case scenario for Chelsea.
Not that Guardiola sees Sunday's match as a foregone conclusion — the Man City manager says the title-winning match is often among the most difficult of the season.
"Now comes the most difficult thing at the end. All the tennis players serve to win Wimbledon know it is the most difficult one," Guardiola said. "On Sunday, the game is in our hands to win the most important competition - the Premier League is the most important because for 11 months it’s every week.”
