Manchester City host Chelsea on Saturday to end the day's Premier League action.
The Sky Blues start the weekend two points back of league-leading Liverpool, but that could change at kick-off because the Reds are in action earlier in the day.
Regardless, City will aim to keep pace with Liverpool while still holding on to a game in hand. With 15 matches still left to play for his side, Pep Guardiola doesn't want any talk about a title race including Man City, Liverpool and Arsenal distracting his players from their primary task, which is to win games — starting with the Chelsea fixture
“We just need to win our games,” Man City's manager said.
“When we arrive with eight or nine games left we will see how many teams will be involved.
“All the teams might be there but we cannot see.
“If we are there we just need to win our games. It doesn’t matter if there are two, three or four, we just need to do our job. The rest doesn’t count.”
