Manchester City defeated Inter Milan 1-0 on Saturday to win the UEFA Champions League title.
A 68th-minute Rodri strike was the difference as a steadfast Inter side did their best to hold the City machine at bay, but the English side always seemed the likelier of the two teams to win.
The Sky Blues held more of the ball, unsurprisingly, as the Nerazzurri took a defensive stance and looked to break on the counterattack. Inter actually outchanced their opponents but were snake-bitten in front of goal as they couldn't put away a pair of gilt-edged chances in the second half that would have seen the match require extra time.
Instead, it was Rodri's well-placed curler that stood as the winner, giving City the one title they hadn't yet collected.
With the UCL victory, City have now completed the treble. They also won the Premier League and FA Cup this season.
