The MLS All-Star Game is behind us, meaning all focus for the remainder of the season is now on the playoffs.
All 28 teams are in action this weekend, with postseason positioning top of mind in nearly every match. Just seven points separates fifth place from 13th in the Eastern Conference, while the spread from third through 11th in the West is just six points, so every result matters from here on out.
With such compact groups fighting for playoff spots in each conference, a number of "six-pointers" will take place this weekend. Among them are Cincinnati (32 points) vs. Atlanta (28 points), LA Galaxy (30 points) vs. Vancouver (30 points), Nashville (33 points) vs. Minnesota (35 points) and Seattle (32 points) vs. Salt Lake (34 points).
Additionally, there are a handful of cross-conference matchups that can impact the postseason picture on both sides of the East-West divide.
