Nottingham Forest manager Nuno Espirito Santo says "VAR must intervene" after conceding a controversial goal against Brentford on Saturday.
With Forest leading 1-0 away from home, Brentford were awarded a free-kick on the edge of the area in a dangerous position.
Referee Darren England marked the spot for the free-kick to be taken using the vanishing spray before Brentford's returning striker Ivan Toney twice moved the ball.
Toney also picked up and rubbed some of the spray to the new location he had decided to place the ball.
And from that free-kick, Toney curled the ball around the Forest wall to equalise for Brentford, the first of three goals for the Bees in a 3-2 win.
Speaking to the BBC after the match, Nuno Espirito Santo said VAR should have ruled the goal out.
"It's ball displacement and VAR should intervene because every situation that leads to a goal must be checked," said Nuno.
"Both teams played well, both teams went for the game and it was a good game of football, so it was tough to take, especially as we had scored first."
