Juve (33 points) is right in the mix as well — Cristiano Ronaldo and Co. sit in fourth place heading into the weekend (with a game in hand) and could leapfrog third-place Roma with a victory at the San Siro.
Speaking of Roma (34 points), the Giallorossi are involved in the biggest game of Matchday 18 as they face capital-city rival Lazio in the latest edition of the Derby della Capitale (a.k.a. Rome Derby). Eighth-place Lazio (28 points) isn't a current threat to join the title race, but a victory over Roma could be the catalyst needed as the Biancocelesti continue to chase a European spot.
