West Ham United are coming off a big European victory and hope to keep the momentum going when they host Aston Villa in a Premier League encounter on Sunday.
The Hammers were dominant in a 5-0 win over SC Freiburg in midweek, a result that saw the Londoners advance to the quarter-finals of the Europa League. Now they face a Villa side that they are unbeaten against over the last eight league meetings.
As for the Villains, their grip on fourth place in the league standings is tenuous, and losing twice over their last five PL matches doesn't help. They are also coming off a big Europa League victory (a 4-0 win against Ajax), but their league form needs improvement if they are to hold on to the lucrative guaranteed Champions League berth.
