West Ham United aim to hold on to their spot atop Group A of the Europa League with a good result against visiting Olympiacos on Thursday.
The Hammers have accumulated six points through three games, good enough for first place in the group. They are tied on points with SC Freiburg but currently hold the tiebreakers, and a victory against the Greek side would be enough to keep West Ham there ahead of Matchday 4.
To that end, West Ham's recent form hasn't been too impressive, with back-to-back Premier League losses bookending a 3-1 win over Arsenal in the Carabao Cup. Those matches came immediately after the Hammers' most recent Europa League contest — a 2-1 loss to Olympiacos in Piraeus.
