Inter Miami are scheduled for their only regular-season visit to Toronto this weekend, but will Lionel Messi play in the match?
That's the question for thousands who have tickets to Saturday's match between Toronto FC and Miami, set for BMO Field at 4 p.m. local time.
Miami's fresh off winning the Supporters' Shield in a wild game in Columbus on Wednesday, and Messi played all 90 minutes plus over 10 minutes of stoppage time in that 3-2 victory over the Crew.

With Saturday's match coming less than 72 hours after the emotional high of a league championship, it's fair to wonder if Messi would even bother making the trip to Canada's biggest city — especially with Argentina due to play a pair of World Cup qualifiers next week.
Well, according to Inter Miami's social media accounts, Messi was on the plane from Ohio to Ontario on Thursday morning.
And fans spotted him walking on the tarmac at Toronto Pearson International Airport later that day.
So that means he's in the city, at least.
Whether he plays in Saturday's match remains to be seen, but it's a near certainty that the 37-year-old superstar will be in the building.
