Scotland midfielder John McGinn has promised that fans will “see a different Scotland” when they face Switzerland at Euro 2024.
The Tartan Army started their campaign with a thumping 5-1 defeat against hosts Germany, during which defender Ryan Porteous was shown a straight red card.
It has left Scotland needing a result against Switzerland on Wednesday, with the Swiss having beaten Hungary 3-1 in their opening match.
Speaking to BBC Sport, McGinn said he feels like the side let the travelling Scottish fans down against Germany.
"On Wednesday, you'll see a different Scotland,” said the Aston Villa captain.
“We’re a team with a point to prove, probably more to ourselves than anything else.
"Seeing the amount of Scotland fans in Munich, that's the disappointing thing, feeling like we've let them down.
"We can't forget the opportunity is still there."
