Welcome to your weekend on DAZN where we look at the top action across the major European leagues for your viewing pleasure. There’s a league-defining match in the D1 Arkema, Wolfsburg can’t afford to slip up again in the Frauen Bundesliga, Real Madrid needs to keep on winning and AS Roma will hope to repeat their Coppa Italia Femminile tricks against their beleaguered and battered Neapolitan opponents.
Let’s take a closer look:
D1 Arkema:
There was no change at the top as Lyon won again and held a commanding lead over their rivals PSG. Paris FC have trailed off slightly but still sits comfortably in third. At the other end, Guingamp, LOSC and Bordeaux are closely bunched together, with just 3 points separating them.
Game of the Weekend: Olympique Lyonnais vs Paris Saint Germain - Sun. 11th, 3:00pm ET/9:00pm CET
Sonia Bompastor’s impervious Lyon outfit remains unbeaten in all competitions and has blitzed everyone before them domestically so far. PSG visit the Champions knowing anything less than a victory will all but seal another title for Les Fenottes, given the imposing 10-point gap already.
Best of the Rest: Stade De Reims vs Montpellier - Friday. 9th, 3:00pm ET/9:00pm CET
Two sides overperforming pre-season expectations. Can Amandine Miquel’s Les Rouges et Blancs pick up a big 3 points at the Stade Auguste-Delaune as they look for an unlikely UWCL qualification push?

Frauen Bundesliga:
Wolfsburg slipped up against a plucky Leverkusen which allowed an efficient Bayern to once again reclaim top spot in the helter-skelter title race. Frankfurt are only three points behind the Wolves. At the bottom, Duisburg looks doomed and Köln, RB Leipzig and Nürnberg are all in danger too.
Game of the Weekend: Wolfsburg vs Eintracht Frankfurt - Sun. 11th, 8:00am ET/2:00pm CET
Tommy Stroot’s side dropped points last weekend to invite Bayern to take control of the title race again. The home side can’t afford another poor performance as they host an Eintracht Frankfurt side with five wins on the spin and buoyed by a good performance to cap off their maiden UWCL campaign. The visitors will be fully aware winning in Lower Saxony puts them in the title picture too.
Best of the Rest: FC Köln vs Bayern Munich - Sat. 10th, 8:00am ET/2:00pm CET
The Bavarians know that if they keep winning, they will defend the Frauen Bundesliga. They visit a lowly Cologne outfit desperate for points to stave off the threat of relegation. Will the hosts spring a shock?

Serie A Femminile:
A dramatic week of Coppa Italia action saw AS Roma turn over a 2-0 deficit to dump Napoli out of the competition, Juventus and Milan confidently march on and Fiorentina see off Internazionale on penalties.
Attention now turns back to league action as we hit crunch time.
Game of the Weekend: Napoli vs AS Roma, Sat. 10th, 9:00am ET/3:00pm CET
A repeat of the midweek Coppa Italia clash sees the Champions visiting Arena Giuseppe Piccolo to take on the team languishing at the bottom. Napoli are just three points away from Pomigliano, but they will face an incredibly tough test against Alessandro Spugna’s La Lupa who are marching towards the title.
Best of the Rest: Juventus vs Como, Sun 11th, 12:00pm ET/6:00pm CET
A bruising defeat to AS Roma has all but ended Juventus’s hopes of reclaiming their Serie A crown. Joe Montemurro needs to rally his troops who still have plenty to play for. They host a Como outfit that sit comfortably in mid-table and will hope for three points to jump into 5th.

Liga F:
Another weekend, another crushing FC Barcelona victory. Jonatan Giráldez’s final few months in charge of the Catalans are almost certain to end in at least one trophy lift. Real Madrid meanwhile needs to hold off the challenges from Levante and Madrid CFF if they want to stay 2nd.
Game of the Weekend: Atletico Madrid vs Madrid CFF, Sun. 11th, 10:00am ET/4:00pm CET
The other Madrid derby sees fourth placed Madrid CFF hosting Atleti, with both sides knowing a win takes them right back into European qualification content. There is also a battle between two of the sharpest attackers in the league: Racheal Kundananji with eight squares off against Sheila Guijarro, who has 11 so far to her name.
Best of the Rest: FC Sevilla vs FC Barcelona, Sat. 12:30pm ET/6:30pm CET
The Andalusians are unbeaten in five games, but they will face their toughest test of the season against FC Barcelona. The defending champions put eight past them last time around, can Cristian Toro’s side fare better this time?
