Saturday night's pay-per-view Hard to Kill proved to be a big success for the rebranded TNA, as they opened up a new era with an impressive show and added some major names to the roster.
One of those names was Nic Nemeth - formally known as Dolph Ziggler - who interrupted Moose's world title celebrations to announce his arrival in the company and set his sights on the new TNA champ.
In Nemeth, TNA are getting a vastly experienced name who looks revitalised following his departure from WWE, so here are five dream matches we could see from 'The Show-off' now he's part of the TNA roster.
Moose
No better place for Nemeth to start than a clash with the TNA World Champion. Not only does is give TNA a fresh match for their new champion - and the first under the rebranded name - but also sets Nemeth's status on the roster straight away. This is a main event-level talent, thrown straight into the world title picture, and he'd be able to give Moose a real platform for his first big programme with the company.
Josh Alexander
The Walking Weapon has been the company's standout star for the past eighteen months and is slowly working his way back to the top following his injury. What better way to delay the inevitable title reclaim than working a match with someone with Nemeth's profile and quality?
Alex Shelly
The former world champion has become synonymous with TNA and an in-ring style not too dissimilar to that of Nemeth's. A battle between these two veterans would be quite the spectacle if it were to go down.
Kushida
These two paths never crossed in WWE, with Kusihda's time mostly confined to NXT during his run. The potential of a meeting between the Japanese star and the bump machine that is Nemeth presents a mouth-watering possibility.
Rich Swann
Another former TNA champion and another name Nemeth didn't manage to face during Swann's time in WWE. The two men could put on a fast-paced, TV main event that would benefit both in the current places on the roster.
