World Champion Seth Rollins loves football again.
WWE superstar Seth Rollins' social media posts took a positive turn yesterday. Rollins, an Iowa native, is a big Chicago Bears fan, and it is fair to say their season has started poorly.
The Bears lost their first four games, and after every defeat, Rollins would go on social media and say how much he hated football. However, all that changed on Thursday night as Rollins' Chicago Bears won their first game of the season.
Chicago routed the Washington Commanders 40-20, and Rollins finally had something to celebrate. The current world heavyweight champion tweeted that he now loves football. It was Chicago's first win in over a year.
Rollins did end his post with a question mark, perhaps highlighting he is not ready to get too celebratory. As fans of sports teams can confirm, sport has a habit of kicking fans when they least expect. Nevertheless, Rollins confirmed his love for football after a big win following several miserable defeats.
