WWE Superstar hints at possible UFC crossoverDAZN
Could a WWE talent be swapping the squared circle for the Octagon?

WWE's merger with UFC last year has given the two combat entities scope for a crossover under the new TKO Holdings umbrella.

Now, one member of the WWE roster has expressed an interest in competing in the Octagon if the opportunity presents itself.

Currently, he's one-half of tag team the Street Profits, but Montez Ford has revealed he harbours some ambitions to crossover into MMA.

"I don’t think people know, but yes, I was in the military and I was also a brown, almost a black belt in the military as well." Ford told comicbook.com

“Now not only do I have hand-to-hand combat experience, but I got life experience.

“I can throw hands with anybody here backstage, including this one [Angelo Dawkins].

“I don’t get tired, unlike some people. I’m very motivated to do so.

“I even told [WWE president] Nick Khan, I said, ‘Hey, I know you’re doing all these crossovers, but if you need somebody to do another crossover and step to the octagon, I’ll be that guy.'”
