WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO EXISTING CUSTOMERS?
Nothing will change for existing customers as long as they keep their current membership. The new offer structure will only apply to new and returning customers who decide to subscribe to DAZN from July 4th.
WHEN WILL THINGS CHANGE FOR EXISTING CUSTOMERS?
There are currently no plans to change anything for existing customers.
IF I KEEP MY DAZN STANDARD SUBSCRIPTION ACTIVE, WILL I STILL BE ABLE TO WATCH THE BUNDESLIGA AND UEFA CHAMPIONS LEAGUE?
Yes, as long as you keep your subscription active, nothing will change and you'll keep all the features and content you've signed up for.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO PURCHASE THE INDIVIDUAL PACKAGES ON A MONTHLY BASIS?
Yes, it is possible to subscribe to all three packages on a flexible monthly basis. However, the annual subscription with monthly payments will save you the most.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I CANCEL MY CURRENT SUBSCRIPTION?
If you cancel your current subscription and wish to return at a later date, you will have access to the new pricing structure, as with all new customers.
WHAT ARE THE CANCELLATION PERIODS?
- If you have a monthly membership and pay DAZN directly, your 30-day cancellation period starts on the day you cancel. From the day you cancel your monthly membership, you will be able to use DAZN as usual for 30 days, after which the cancellation will take effect.
- If you have an annual membership, you can also cancel at any time, but your membership will continue until the end of your billing period. The 30-day cancellation period does not apply.
CAN I SWITCH FROM ONE ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP PLAN TO ANOTHER?
If you have a subscription for DAZN WORLD or DAZN SUPER SPORTS in an annual plan, you can upgrade to a higher plan, such as DAZN UNLIMITED, at any time with immediate effect by going to "My Account". Downgrading from a DAZN UNLIMITED annual subscription to a DAZN SUPER SPORTS annual subscription or from a DAZN SUPER SPORTS annual subscription to a DAZN WORLD annual subscription will not take effect until your current annual subscription has expired and you have signed up again.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I WANT TO CHANGE MY EXISTING ACCOUNT FROM MONTHLY TO ANNUAL OR VICE VERSA AFTER 4th JULY? WILL I BE TREATED AS A NEW CUSTOMER?
Yes, all changes to an existing subscription will be subject to the new offer structure from 4th July.
CAN I BOOK THE PACKAGES VIA APPLE/GOOGLE/VODAFONE/SKY/TELEKOM/WAIPU?
The tiered packages can be booked through Apple and Google on a regular basis. At the moment, you can only book DAZN UNLIMITED through Sky, Vodafone and Deutsche Telekom.
I HAVE REGISTERED VIA APPLE/GOOGLE/VODAFONE/SKY/TELEKOM/WAIPU. WILL ANYTHING CHANGE FOR ME?
No, nothing will change for all existing customers as long as they maintain their current membership, regardless of how they subscribed.

HOW MANY DEVICES CAN I REGISTER?
By default, you can register three devices with all packages. You can check the exact number and which devices are currently registered with you in My Account, and you can swap them flexibly at any time. This only applies to new customers. Existing customers will keep the number of devices they were promised when they signed up.
ON HOW MANY STREAMS CAN I WATCH AT THE SAME TIME?
By default, all DAZN packages allow you to watch one stream at a time. This is for new customers only. Existing customers will retain the number of streams they were guaranteed when they signed up.
CAN CUSTOMERS WHO PURCHASED GIFT CARDS (YEARLY or MONTHLY) AT THE OLD PRICE REDEEM THEM AFTER 4th JULY AND WATCH DAZN FOR THE AGREED PERIOD?
Yes, all vouchers will remain valid and can of course still be redeemed in accordance with DAZN's terms and conditions and in compliance with local laws and regulations.
WHAT PACKAGES ARE THE VOUCHERS VALID FOR?
All existing vouchers and those currently on sale will automatically give you access to DAZN UNLIMITED unless stated differently.
WILL MY ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP BE AUTOMATICALLY RENEWED AT THE SAME PRICE WHEN IT EXPIRES?
According to the German law, an annual subscription, regardless of the provider, may not be automatically extended by a full year. Therefore, if the customer does not renew their DAZN annual subscription for a year or has cancelled it at the end of the contract period, the customer will automatically switch to a monthly subscription. All customers will receive offers from DAZN to extend their annual subscription by one year in good time before it expires. In addition, every customer - as already mentioned - has the option of cancelling the annual subscription in good time before it expires.
