Yes. The monthly subscription for new users will be 9,99 € per month from 5th August 2019. You will also have the option of an annual subscription at 99,99 € (12 months for the price of 10).

No. To our existing users we will keep the price of 4,99 € per month until 1st March 2020, according with your billing cycle, which you can access from My Account. Then, we will adjust the price to 9,99 € per month.

The price increase is due to the end of the launch promotion in Spain. As communicated back in February when we launched, 4,99 € was an adequate price to the rights we had in the platform at the time.
Since then, DAZN’s offer has been growing and from August we will incorporate the Premier League and Turkish Airlines EuroLeague of basketball, as well as all the content from Eurosport 1 y Eurosport 2 channels, sporting events such as La Vuelta, US Open, the Dakar, Giro, Le Mans 24 Hours...

We always want to understand why you cancel. When you cancel, you will be asked why you are cancelling. There will be an option in the dropdown menu that will say “too expensive”.

All DAZN users will be able to change to the annual subscription after the new plan becomes available. This varies depending on your payment method. If you pay with credit card, PayPal (etc.), you can manage your subscription through My Account. Apple customers can switch subscriptions by managing their account settings in Apple. Google customers will have to cancel their account, wait until their current billing cycle is complete and then re-subscribe selecting the annual option.

Please follow the steps described to change from monthly to annual. Please bear in mind there will be no refund for changing from an annual to a monthly subscription. Your account will reflect the changes from your next billing cycle, which might be next year.

No, it is not possible to pause your account on the annual plan. Only users on the flexible monthly plan have this option.
