General Terms of Use
1. DAZN Limited (“DAZN”, “we”, “our”) subscribers (“Users”, “you”) shall be entitled to create user-to-user content (collectively “User Content”) on applicable user-to-user services (collectively “Services”) in accordance with the terms set out in these Terms of Use.
2. The annexes within these Terms of Use contain additional mandatory terms applicable to use of particular DAZN Services ("the Platform"):
2.1 Annex 1: DAZN FanZone Terms of Use ("LA GRADA" for Spanish users).
3. By using any Services, each User agrees to comply with these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these Terms of Use, you must not use any Service.
4. It is the responsibility of the User to ensure they comply with these Terms of Use, in addition to respecting all applicable local, national, and international laws while using our Services.
5. When engaging on Services, Users must not:
5.1 use any Services in an unlawful manner, for any illegal or unlawful purpose or in any manner inconsistent with these Terms of Use or the applicable DAZN Service Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to:
5.1.1 phishing or defrauding, others spreading malware, viruses or inappropriate or malicious content;
5.1.2 misinformation (such as feigning distress, posting misleading metadata, or intentional content misrepresentation);
5.1.3 selling or sharing user accounts attempting to gain unauthorized access to, circumvent, interfere with, damage or disrupt any parts of our Services or any server, computer or database connected to our Services;
5.1.4 monitoring or copying any of the material on our Services, including data mining, data harvesting, data extracting, or any other similar activity;
5.1.5 promoting terrorism or sharing terrorist content.
5.1.2 misinformation (such as feigning distress, posting misleading metadata, or intentional content misrepresentation);
5.1.3 selling or sharing user accounts attempting to gain unauthorized access to, circumvent, interfere with, damage or disrupt any parts of our Services or any server, computer or database connected to our Services;
5.1.4 monitoring or copying any of the material on our Services, including data mining, data harvesting, data extracting, or any other similar activity;
5.1.5 promoting terrorism or sharing terrorist content.
5.2 be obscene, abusive, sexist, offensive or racist and must not promote or propose hatred or physical harm against anyone;
5.3 share content that may reveal personal information about individuals, or their private property;
5.4 stream, restream, broadcast, transmit or otherwise enable onwards distribution of any DAZN Content being shown;
5.5 share content that amounts to repetitive and unwanted messages, or ‘spam’;
5.6 share confidential information of third parties.

6. DAZN do not guarantee any type of confidentiality in relation to any content shared by any User. You will be solely responsible for your own content and the consequences of participating. Given that the interactions take place in real time, we do not endorse or sanction any content, opinion, recommendation, or advice shared on our Services, and without prejudice to the controls that the moderator may carry out, we do not monitor the content of messages and we expressly disclaim any and all liability in connection with such content.
7. DAZN reserves the right to remove content identified as contrary to these Terms of Use, restrict your ability to use DAZN Services and suspend or terminate your account for any conduct that we determine to be illegal, inappropriate or harmful or contrary to these Terms of Use. Any attempt to circumvent a suspension by using other accounts may result in a further suspension or termination.
8. DAZN may administer an illegal conduct risk assessment of our Services in respect of the likelihood and probability of illegal User Content being posted, shared or disseminated, and reserves the right to take any appropriate action to mitigate and manage the risks of harm to Users identified by any such assessment. Such measures might include having systems and processes in place that reduce the presence and dissemination of User Content that is illegal, inappropriate or contrary to these Terms of Use, including the length of time such User Content is present on our Services and act to remove such User Content when DAZN is alerted to its presence.
9. If you are a User and you consider that there is any abusive or unacceptable behaviour on applicable Services, you can report this via the means available on the Service or via the contact methods shown in the DAZN Service Terms and Conditions.
10. Should DAZN receive a report of any abusive or unacceptable behaviour, DAZN reserves the right to:
10.1 remove any abusive or unacceptable content from the Platform;
10.2 remove any User from the Platform; and/or
10.3 block and unblock any User from the Platform, for any reason whatsoever in DAZN’s absolute discretion.

11. We may immediately restrict access or close a Platform to a User or group of Users if we have reasonable grounds to believe a User or Users are in breach of these Terms of Use.
12. Your privacy and personal information are important to us. Any personal information that you provide to us will be dealt with in line with our Privacy Policy, which explains what personal information we collect from you, how and why we collect, store, use and share such information, your rights in relation to your personal information and how to contact us and supervisory authorities if you have a query or complaint about the use of your personal information.
13. Should you have any reason for a complaint you can contact us using the “Chat with Us” function of our website or app, or email Help@dazn.com.
14. If you have contacted us regarding a complaint and are still not satisfied with our response, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the UK communications regulator, Ofcom, or your local national regulator.

Annex 1: DAZN FanZone Terms of Use
1. If you are a DAZN subscriber (“User"), you shall be entitled to participate in a FanZone (“FanZone”) via our website for any live streaming of sporting events, highlights of sporting events and other related Content, the composition and availability of which may vary over time in accordance with the terms set out in these Terms of Use.
2. We do not guarantee that the FanZone functionality will be made available on all of our services and in respect of all Content.
3. The FanZone chat history will be visible to all other chat participants for the duration of the FanZone. The chat history of DAZN FanZone will be retained for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, or to comply with legal (including personal data protection) or internal DAZN policy requirements.
4. FanZone chat is meant to provide a forum for discussion. You may not agree with all of the messages in a FanZone, but keep in mind that something that may be disagreeable to you may not violate these Terms of Use. Your participation in DAZN FanZone must always be respectful of others so that DAZN FanZone remains a welcoming, non-commercial forum.
5. Any content or activity that disrupts, interrupts, harms, or otherwise violates the integrity of FanZone or another User's experience or device is prohibited. Please also refer to the DAZN Community Guidelines for detailed regulations. Such activity includes:
5.1 Posting large amounts of repetitive, unwanted messages
5.2 Phishing
5.3 Defrauding others
5.4 Spreading malware, viruses or inappropriate or malicious content
5.5 Misinformation (such as feigning distress, posting misleading metadata, or intentional content misrepresentation)
5.6 Selling or sharing user accounts
5.7 Using any automatic device or means to access FanZone for any purpose, including monitoring or copying any of the material on FanZone, data mining, data harvesting, data extracting, or any other similar activity
5.8 Attempting to gain unauthorized access to, circumvent, interfere with, damage or disrupt any parts of DAZN FanZone or any server, computer or database connected to DAZN FanZone
5.9 Promoting terrorism or sharing terrorist content

5.9 Promoting terrorism or sharing terrorist content
6. You must not stream, restream, broadcast, transmit or otherwise enable onwards distribution of any of the Content being shown.
7. We may disable or change DAZN FanZone features at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. To protect the integrity of our community, a FanZone host or the host’s designated moderators have full discretion to determine who is permitted to participate in their FanZone and may remove a participant temporarily or permanently for any reason, including violations of these Terms of Use. We reserve the right to remove reported content, restrict your ability to use DAZN FanZone and suspend or terminate your account for any conduct that we determine to be inappropriate or harmful. Any attempt to circumvent a suspension by using other accounts may result in a further suspension or termination.
8. We may provide you with features enabling you to use social media to invite others to share your DAZN FanZone experience. These features must be used in accordance with these Terms of Use and in no way for the purpose of spamming.
9. When you join DAZN FanZone, the name that you submit will be visible to all DAZN FanZone participants. When selecting a username, please be aware of the risks associated with using your real name or any personal information because it may be traceable back to you. Names should also be respectful and age appropriate in accordance with these Terms of Use.
10. Content or activity meant to impersonate an individual or organization is prohibited, especially if you are intending to impersonate DAZN.
