An annual tradition comes to pass once again as the NFL celebrates American Thanksgiving Day with three games over the course of the holiday.
The Detroit Lions and Dallas Cowboys are both on Thursday's schedule, keeping with a tradition that dates back to 1934 and 1966, respectively.
Joining them on the Thanksgiving schedule are the Chicago Bears, New York Giants, Miami Dolphins and Green Bay Packers.
