The Atlanta Falcons have not claimed the NFC South title since back in 2016, when they made it all the way to the Super Bowl, and their wait could last a little while longer.
Plenty of question marks surround the Falcons' quarterback position going into 2023, but they are slowly building an arsenal of weapons on offense around the position.
Desmond Ridder, in his second year in the NFL, will start the 2023 season as quarterback for the Falcons, with offseason pick-up Taylor Heinicke ready to step in if things go wrong.
Ridder will have sophomore wide receiver Drake London as his primary target, and a returning Kyle PItts at tight end, not to mention the eighth pick in the 2023 NFL Draft Bijan Robinson working out of the backfield.
The general consensus is that Atlanta still needs more on both sides of the ball to mount a serious challenge for the NFC South, however in a weak division they could still cause an upset if the defence steps up and Ridder impresses.
Here's everything you need to know ahead of the Atlanta Falcons' 2023 season.
