There has been plenty of change in Los Angeles this offseason.

The Los Angeles Chargers have been busy since their season ended at the start of January.

There is a new head coach, general manager and defensive coordinator in the building, while a new offensive coordinator is expected to be named in the coming days.

Head coach Jim Harbaugh has surrounded himself with people he knows, some of which he has worked with before.

That includes the Chargers' new general manager Joe Horitz, who has spent over a decade working with Jim's brother John Harbaugh and the Baltimore Ravens.

Speaking at his first Chargers press conference, Harbaugh said he wants to be "the Robin to his Batman" when working with the new general manager.

And it was a comparison Horitz was happy to continue at his unveiling, though he did not want to wear the outfit!

"Before I got the interview here, we talked about Batman and Robin. Certainly, that's the way we're going to operate," Horitz told the media

"The only thing is, I'm not wearing tights. I may put a cape on, but I'm not wearing tights!

"That's what it's going to be, it's going to be a partnership. There's a time for the GM to lead and then, certainly, when we kick it off, that's when the head coach leads.

"I'm going to do everything that I can to support him and give him everything he needs to win."
