The Dallas Cowboys had zero answers for Seattle Seahawks' star wide receiver DK Metcalf.
Fortunately for the Cowboys, Dak Prescott couldn't be stopped, either.
The quarterback aired it out for 299 passing yards and three touchdowns, including one to tight end Jake Ferguson late in the fourth quarter, to lead Dallas to a 41-35 home win over the Seahawks in a wild Thursday Night Football matchup from AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas. With the victory, the Cowboys (9-3) won their fourth straight game.
Although there were moments late in the game where that outcome didn't look too promising. The Cowboys trailed 35-30 with 7:04 left in the game when Prescott authored a seven-play, 54-yard drive ending in that 12-yard touchdown strike to Ferguson to put the Cowboys up with under five minutes remaining.
The Cowboys' defense struggled handling Geno Smith who had 334 yards passing and three touchdowns — all to Metcalf — but came up with two stands on Seattle's final drives to close out the game.
The Cowboys, winners of six of their last seven games, will be scorching hot entering next Sunday night's tilt against the NFL's best and their division rival Philadelphia Eagles (10-1).
Meanwhile, despite the offensive fireworks displayed Thursday night, the Seahawks have now lost three straight games and are 6-6 .
Here's how the entire Cowboys-Seahawks' game went.
