We're already in Week 6 of the NFL season.
The red-hot Kansas City Chiefs (5-0) and Minnesota Vikings (5-0) are among the teams who have a bye this week, but there's an exciting slate of games to catch, nonetheless.
That said, here are five unfolding storylines to watch out for entering Week 6 action.
Another early game across the pond

For the second consecutive week, we'll be treated to an early NFL game in London.
Week 6 has the Chicago Bears (3-2) taking on the struggling Jacksonville Jaguars (1-4) on Sunday morning, live from the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in London.
There, the English crowd will get to see the top pick in the NFL Draft, rookie quarterback Caleb Williams, who is coming off throwing for 304 yards and two touchdowns in a Bears' victory last week.
Ushering in a new era in New England

The New England Patriots (1-4) will start rookie quarterback Drake Maye this weekend against the Houston Texans (4-1).
It's a tough ask for the third overall selection in the NFL Draft to be inserted into the pocket and turn the franchise around.
However, New England wants to see what its rookie QB is made of and he's likely to get a stern test out the gate, considering the Texans tout one of the league's best pass defenses.
The quarterback duel between Lamar Jackson and Jayden Daniels

Rookie quarterback Jayden Daniels has been lighting it up, leading the Washington Commanders to a 4-1 start to this season, including his 238 yards passing with one touchdown in last week's offering.
To watch how he fares against Lamar Jackson, who has the Baltimore Ravens 3-2 and is coming off a 348-yard, four-touchdown passing explosion last week, should be nothing less than a treat.
If Daniels can lead the Commanders to victory on the road in Baltimore, critics who aren't sold on the Commanders just yet, might need to reassess.
A big NFC tilt

After making it to the NFC Championship game last season, the Detroit Lions (3-1) have marched out the gate gritty and looking like a Super Bowl contender once again.
Coming off their bye week, Jared Goff and the Lions can make another statement by rolling into the AT&T Stadium and beating up on the Dallas Cowboys.
That could be a tough task considering the Cowboys' morale is up following a last-minute victory over the Pittsburgh Steelers last weekend, when Dak Prescott found Jalen Tolbert for the touchdown with 20 seconds remaining.
Will the Lions run down on the Cowboys? Or will Dallas notch another mind-numbing win?
The post-Robert Saleh era begins

The New York Jets (2-3) abruptly gave head coach Robert Saleh the pink slip this week, handing over interim coaching duties to defensive coordinator Jeff Ulbrich.
And talk about trial by fire, Ulbrich's first task will be figuring out a way to stifle Josh Allen and the high-powered Buffalo Bills (3-2) offense at home in a pivotal AFC East division showdown.
Fortunately, the Jets' defense has been stellar this season, allowing just 255.8 yards per game — the second-best total out from defenses this year. But Allen and the Bills pose multiple threats on offense that should really test Gang Green.
