Jacksonville Jaguars player scores 96-yard punt return touchdown with miniscule TD probabilitygetty

The Jacksonville Jaguars got back to winning ways on Sunday with a 32-16 victory over the New England Patriots at Wembley Stadium, with the game-winning play given just a 0.7 percent chance of success.

New England jumped out to a 10-point lead in the early going, but the Jags stormed back with three unanswered touchdowns in the second quarter to put the game out of reach by halftime. The winning TD was especially noteworthy as it came from a 96-yard punt return by Parker Washington, who weaved his way through the entire Patriots team to find the end zone.

Washington caught the punt at the Jaguars' 4-yard line and proceeded to score the game-winner with 1:34 remaining in the first half, with Brian Thomas Jr. successfully converting Jacksinville's 2-point attempt for good measure.

According to NextGenStats, Washington was only expected to return the punt for 16 yards, making his 80 PR Yards Over Expected the highest in the league this season by a substantial margin.
