Two underperforming teams meet in Week 4.

The Las Vegas Raiders and Cleveland Browns meet in Week 4.

The Raiders suffered a loss to the Carolina Panthers, the worst team in the league, last time out and there could be a new name under centre against the Browns with current starting quarterback Gardner Minshew failing to deliver.

The Browns also lost in Week 3 to the New York Giants, and the injuries continue to pile up with star defensive end Myles Garrett set for an MRI scan on his feet which could rule him out for a number of games if it's severe.
