It was a tale of two halves in Frankfurt as the Kansas City Chiefs held off the Miami Dolphins to earn a 21-14 victory on Sunday.
The teams entered the game as two of the best in the NFL, each sporting a 6-2 record, and as such promised a tight affair in 2023's first Germany game.
However, things appeared to be going awry for the Dolphins in the first half as they found themselves 21 points behind at half-time, with the Chiefs riding two quick touchdowns late in the second quarter to build a massive advantage.
Not to be denied, Miami completely turned the tables in the third quarter, scoring two touchdowns to pull themselves to within one score.
That was as close as they would get though, as the Chiefs managed to do just enough to keep their opposition at bay, winning their "home" game at Deutsche Bank Park.
