Week three kicks off on Thursday.

The San Francisco 49ers and New York Giants go head-to-head in the first game of week three.

The 49ers are 2-0 after a 30-23 win over the Los Angeles Rams, but there will be concerns surrounding star wide receiver Brandon Aiyuk after he suffered a neck injury in the first quarter. However, the 25-year-old did return to the field and could be fit to face the Giants.

The Giants meanwhile come into this matchup full of confidence after coming back from a 21-point deficit to beat the Arizona Cardinals 31-28.

This win was overshadowed by running back Saquon Barkley picking up an ankle injury, and at the time of writing it is currently unknown as to how long he will be out for.
