Plenty of players to consider.

All systems are go as Week 8 will have all 32 NFL teams playing. Here are the quarterbacks, running backs and wide receivers you should look to pick up on your fantasy football waiver wires.

Quarterbacks

Bo Nix

Last week, I implored fantasy owners to scoop up New England Patriots rookie quarterback Drake Maye and he responded by airing it out for 276 yards and two touchdowns. This week, he meets a stout New York Jets defense, but fear not — I have another rookie QB to snatch up.

Denver Broncos’ first-round pick Bo Nix is at home against one of the worst NFL defenses in the Carolina Panthers. If you’re thin on QB, take a flyer on Nix.

Tua Tagovailoa

Tagovailoa is slated to practice Wednesday and could start for the Miami Dolphins at home against the Arizona Cardinals in Week 8.

Tagovailoa, who hasn’t played since suffering a concussion in Week 2, is an enticing pick to start considering the Cardinals’ secondary is suspect.

Even if you don’t start him, Tagovailoa should be a strongly-considered addition to your roster.

Justin Herbert

Herbert is available in many fantasy leagues and if he’s on your waiver wire, make him a target this week.

That’s because his Los Angeles Chargers are at home this week against a struggling New Orleans Saints who are on a five-game skid and have allowed a ridiculous 84 points the past two weeks.

Herbert can carve up the Saints’ secondary to a big outing in Week 8.

Running backs

Ray Davis

This past Sunday, the Bills’ rookie running back rushed for 41 yards and a touchdown on five carries and could be in store for another solid performance against the Seattle Seahawks who are allowing 146 yards per game on the ground this season.

Tyler Goodson

The second-year rusher had himself a game with 51 yards and a touchdown rushing for the Indianapolis Colts.

The Houston Texans have a relatively-stingy run defense, however if you’re thin in the backfield, it might be worth it to roll the dice on Goodson.

Considering the teams are vying for AFC South division supremacy, Goodson will be counted for another pointed performance. And hey, he might just deliver.

Kimani Vidal

Vidal was mentioned as a worthy target on the waivers last week and he responded with 40 receiving yards and a touchdown out the backfield, while adding another 11 rushing yards.

If you didn’t grab him last week, don’t miss out again as Vidal and the Chargers host the sliding Saints.

Wide receivers

Jauan Jennings

The San Francisco 49ers are hoping to get Jennings back for Week 8 after he missed Week 7 with a hip injury.

Jennings certainly has big-play potential and will be targeted plenty in a depleted Niners’ receiving corps against the Dallas Cowboys.

With Brandon Aiyuk having suffered a season-ending torn ACL and MCL in his right knee, Jennings is a must-grab on the waiver wires — not only at home against the Cowboys this weekend, but for the rest of the season.

Dontayvion Wicks

I urged you about acquiring Green Bay Packers’ wideout Romeo Doubs last week and he posted eight catches for 94 yards. If you completely missed out on him and he’s unavailable in your league, try getting his teammate Wicks this week.

Wicks had three catches for 48 yards and a touchdown this past weekend and he’ll be a threat for much more the way Jordan Love flings it and especially against one of the worst NFL defenses in the Jacksonville Jaguars.

Keon Coleman

If Coleman’s four catches for 125 yards in Week 7 didn’t grab your attention, we’re throwing a flag on your fantasy football season.

The performance mandates targeting Coleman on the wire with high urgency for this week and beyond. Don’t fumble this.
