NFL playoffs: 2024 Conference Championship matchups, schedule, dates, times and how to watch

Following the completion of the Divisional Round, the NFL released its schedule for this Sunday's Conference Championship round. 

Just four teams remain in the race to Super Bowl 58. 

Here is the current schedule for the Conference Championship round.

Conference Championship Round matchups and schedule

This round is the final stop before the Super Bowl. It is effectively the semi-final stage of the NFL Playoffs. The last two teams in the NFC will play for the NFC Conference Championship. The final two AFC teams will play for the AFC Conference Championship. The winners of these games will represent their respective conferences at Super Bowl 58.

• Baltimore Ravens vs. Kansas City Chiefs - 3:00 p.m. ET / 8:00 p.m. UK / 9:00 p.m. CET
• San Francisco 49ers vs. Detroit Lions - 6:30 p.m. ET / 11:30 p.m. UK / 12:30 a.m. CET (Monday)
