Overseas fans of the NFL do not have long to wait until they learn who will be playing in next season’s 2024 International Games.
There will be four games played in Europe this season, in addition to the NFL’s first contest in Brazil which will see the Philadephia Eagles take on the Green Bay Packers on the Friday night of Week 1.
Earlier this year, the NFL announced who the designated ‘home’ teams will be for the International Games, but we will soon discover exactly who they will be playing and when they are in action.
The Chicago Bears and Minnesota Vikings will be the home teams for the two games being played at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, while the Jacksonville Jaguars will again be the home team at Wembley Stadium.
The league also returns to Germany this year, with the Carolina Panthers hosting a game at the Allianz Arena in Munich.
After the NFL confirmed that the 2024 regular season will kick off with the Kansas City Chiefs hosting the Baltimore Ravens on Thursday, September 5, they have also announced the full schedule release will drop on Wednesday, May 15 at 8pm ET (1am UK time).
However, full details of the International Games line-ups will arrive before that - as they will be announced on a special two-hour edition of the NFL Network’s ‘Good Morning Football’ which is on air from 7am ET (12noon UK time) on Wednesday.
