The veteran quarterback threw for 278 yards and a touchdown to help lead the Steelers to a 26-18 home win over the New York Giants at Acrisure Stadium in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania on Monday Night Football.
Tied, 9-9, at halftime, Calvin Austin III scored the game's first touchdown via a 73-yard punt return late in the third quarter.
Then, early in the fourth quarter, Wilson floated a picture-perfect pass to Austin III for a 29-yard touchdown to widen the Steelers' lead to 23-9.
Though the Giants would respond with a 45-yard TD rush from Tyrone Tracy Jr. two minutes later, T.J. Watt coming up with a strip sack on Daniel Jones and recovering the ball for the Steelers later in the fourth quarter, in addition to Jones being intercepted by Beanie Bishop Jr., helped seal the Steelers' win.
With the victory, the Steelers improve to 6-2, while the Giants slide to 2-6.
