Going into 2022, the Seattle Seahawks expected to have a down season with presumed stop-gap quarterbacks Geno Smith and Drew Lock.
However, at 31-years-old, Smith showed the talent which made him a second round draft pick back in 2013.
Smith made full use of wide receivers DK Metcalf and Tyler Lockett in 2022, and with rookie Kenneth Walker impressing the Seahawks clinched a wildcard spot after a 9-8 regular season.
In 2023, the Seahawks look primed to take another step forward, with the much talked about Jaxon Smith-Njigba joining the wide receivers and fifth overall pick Devon Witherspoon bolstering the defense.
In the backfield the addition of Zach Charbonnet will give Kenneth Walker serious competition for touches, as Seattle begin to look like one of the league's most potent offenses.
On the defensive side of the ball the Seahawks were saved by Tariq Woolen and Quandre Diggs in 2022, and will need to improve if they have ambitions of a deep postseason run.
Here's everything you need to know ahead of the Seattle Seahawks' 2023 season.
