Week 2 of the 2023 NFL season is more than halfway through, and there have been some big performances with real life and fantasy implications.
Waiver wire pick-ups after Week 1 such as Kyren Wilson, Gus Edwards, Puka Nacua and Zach Moss all put up decent numbers in Week 2 to the delight of fantasy managers who acquired them.
This week even more players have put their hands up for a pick up, while some veterans have highlighted how valueable they are to fantasy rosters.
DAZN takes a look at three winners and losers from Week 2 action.
Winner - Nico Collins
It is unlikely Houston Texans wide receiver Nico Collins is still on your waiver wire but if he is go get him now!
The 24-year-old has shown a great connection with rookie quarterback C.J. Stroud and scored his first touchdown of the season in Week 2.
Against the Indianapolis Colts in Week 2, Collins caught seven of nine targets for 146 yards and a touchdown - good for 27.60 points in PPR format.
Loser - Isaiah Likely
Baltimore Ravens tight end Isaiah Likely was thrust into the starting role in Week 1 with Mark Andrews injured, but he caught just one pass for four yards despite playing 72% of snaps.
To make things worse for Likely in Week 2 the Ravens welcomed back Andrews in Week 2, and the veteran was fundamental to Baltimore's win over the Cincinnati Bengals as he caught five passes for 45 yards and a touchdown.
Likely's one catch for eight yards in Week 2 combined with the now-fit-again Andrews has seen Likely's fantasy value drop off a cliff in redraft formats.
Winner - Keenan Allen
If there was any questioning the importance of Keenan Allen to the Los Angeles Chargers offense then Week 2's performance should ease any concerns.
The 31-year-old is still one of the best route runners in the NFL, and on Sunday he caught eight passes for 111 yards and two touchdowns.
First round draft pick Quentin Johnston has done little through two weeks to take any targets away from Allen, who remains a must-start player.
Loser - Zay Jones
Jackonville Jaguars wide receiver Zay Jones will have fantasy value going forward this season, but Sunday's game against the Kansas City Chiefs has not helped his stock.
The Jaguars failed to get much going on offense, and could only score three field goals against the Chiefs. That included Jones who hauled in none of his six targets in Duval County on Sunday.
The wide receiver was potentially still dealing with a knee injury picked up last week, but his appeal as a flex option feels a lot scarier in Week 3 after this blank.
Winner - DeAndre Swift
The fantasy star from Thursday Night football was Philadelphia Eagles running back DeAndre Swift.
In seasons past Swift was considered a first round pick in some fantasy leagues, but after a below par 2022 season the running back found himself traded to the Eagles.
And while Thursday's huge performance, which included 28 rush attempts for 175 yards and a touchdown, came while Kenneth Gainwell was injured, Swift proved he still has fantasy value moving forward.
Loser - Joshua Kelley
Sunday proved a very different story for Los Angeles Chargers running back Joshua Kelley - who could not take advantage of Austin Ekeler's inactive status.
After rushing for just under 100 yards last week and close to six yards per carry, against the Titans Kelley managed just 39 yards off 13 carries and could not get into the endzone.
Plenty of FAAB would have been spent on Kelley this week, but it has so far not paid off for the running back who will hope to bounce back in Week 3.
