Week 3 of the 2023 NFL season kicks off tonight with Thursday Night Football.

Sharing the primetime spotlight tonight are the San Francisco 49ers and New York Giants, who will go head-to-head in California after both were victorious last week.

The 49ers moved to 2-0 after their Week 2 victory over the LA Rams, but star wide receiver Brandon Aiyuk will be a concern after missing some of that game with an injured shoulder. While the 25-year-old did return to the field, he may not be at 100 percent.

Meanwhile, the Giants will be full of confidence after their historic comeback victory over the Arizona Cardinals last week, in which New York score 24 straight points in the second half. The Giants also have injury concerns, with RB Saquon Barkley having picked up an ankle injury.

Here's everything you need to know ahead of Giants vs. 49ers.
