The first-ever Most Valuable Prospects event takes place Friday night in Orlando, Florida, featuring some of the brightest up-and-comers in the sport.
Among those who will be eagerly watching the maiden event is undisputed featherweight champion Amanda Serrano, who expressed her excitement to see the talent on display.
"I am so excited!" Serrano said. "I’m looking forward to our new series because it will give us all a bird’s eye view of some of tomorrow’s upcoming super stars.
"MVP is great at choosing and identifying the right talent."
The 34-year-old has some of her own favourites among the fighters on Friday's card, with one person in particular that she'll be keeping an eye on.
"Well, if I’m being honest, I’m really looking forward to watching my MVP stablemate Ashton Sylve in the ring," she said. "This kid is amazing and when he fights, you literally can’t blink, or you might miss the KO shot."
Sylve takes on Adam Kipenga in a lightweight bout that serves as Friday's main event, live on DAZN.
