Anthony Joshua believes fellow countryman Daniel Dubois can cause a huge upset next month when he faces Oleksandr Usyk for the IBF, WBA and WBO world heavyweight titles next month.
The pair are set to go head-to-head on August 26 with Usyk now dealing with his mandatory defences after a deal to face Tyson Fury for the undisputed title collapsed.
Joshua failed to beat Usyk in the two times they met for the unified world heavyweight championship, but the former two-time world heavyweight champion believes there is a flaw within Usyk's style which may give Dubois a chance of emerging victorious.
"Yeah man. Every chance," Joshua told iFL TV when asked whether Dubois can beat Usyk.
"Boxing is a beautiful business, a beautiful game, that’s why we tune in. I really respect Usyk. I know how hard that guy works. His success hasn’t come by luck. It’s come by hard work. But it would be good to see Dubois win as well, for his old man.
"It seems like a dream for him with everything he’s gone through. Like a Frank Bruno moment if you know what I mean.
"Usyk gets hit. He gets hit. So if he gets hit wrong, he could go.
"It’s heavyweight boxing, remember. You’re dealing with serious hitters, that’s why I give him a puncher’s chance.”
