Lawrence Okolie believes that Daniel Dubois carries more power than Anthony Joshua as they get ready for their world heavyweight title clash.
The pair will clash at Webley Stadium on September 21, live on DAZN, with Dubois’ IBF title on the line.
Okolie has spent time sparring with both men and he’s well positioned to discuss certain factors that may decide next month’s fight.
Although insisting Dubois has the most power, Okolie, a two-weight world champion, has also praised Joshua’s speed.
“It’s a weird one because Daniel is more heavy handed but AJ has got better speed power,” said Okolie when speaking to Betway.
“They punch differently but it’s mainly down to AJ keeping it disciplined and explosive at the same time.”
