Derek Chisora is backing Anthony Joshua to once again stop Dillian Whyte when the pair renew hostilities on August 12.
The heavyweight rivals took part in a classic encounter in 2015 when Joshua won by stoppage, and Chisora is predicting another emphatic victory for the 2012 Olympic gold medallist.
Chisora is fully aware of Whyte’s capabilities after sharing the ring with his London foe on two occasions.
Chisora was defeated on points by Whyte in 2016 before being stopped by the same fighter two years later. He knows what Whyte’s strengths are but he’s picking Joshua to weather the storm next month.
“In the first two or three rounds, Dillian will cause a big commotion,” said Chisora when speaking to Seconds Out .
"AJ will bite his gumshield, and by round eight or nine, Dillian gets knocked out.”
