Like everybody else in boxing, Todd DuBoef is excited about this weekend’s clash that will hopefully see an undisputed light-heavyweight champion crowned.
Artur Beterbiev and Dmitry Bivol will collide, live on DAZN Pay-Per-View, and the winner will take home all the glory at 175lbs with all four world titles up for grabs.
DuBoef, the President at Top Rank, has overseen the rise of many great fighters, and Beterbiev is on course to add his name to the legendary figures that the promotional company has guided.
The unbeaten unified world champion has reached the business end of boxing with numerous destructive displays and another one against Bivol will enhance his legacy even further.
Beterbiev’s 20 straight stoppage wins have made him one of boxing’s most devastating performers and his recent run includes wins over the likes of Callum Smith and Oleksandr Gvozdyk.
Bivol is undoubtedly his toughest test to date, but DuBoef, the man who plays a huge part in directing Beterbiev’s career, is confident his man can prevail.
Obviously, Artur’s body of work is amazing,” said DuBoef when speaking exclusively to DAZN News.
“When you look at his career, his ability to just go out and seek and destroy, that style has been hellacious with the opposition.
“This is a tough fight for both guys. Is there a way that Bivol wins? Well, they’re two of the best with great bodies of work and history together.

Demonstrating a ton of admiration for Bivol, DuBoef is fully aware of how difficult this fight is for Beterbiev.
The contest is drawing closer, and after watching Beterbiev dismantle Smith earlier this year, that bout has provided DuBoef with everything he needs to know his fighter will be ok.
“The truth is, Artur, specifically after the Callum Smith fight, really showed that not only is he incredible, he actually upped his game. Putting the pressure on and making Callum back off all night, that presence is unstoppable at times.
“I think that’s what we’re going to see from him.”
