Austin "Ammo" Williams would not be drawn on who he believes will win when Saul "Canelo" Alvarez fights Gennadiy Golovkin for a third time.
The pair fight on DAZN (check for regions) this Saturday in their trilogy rematch, with Canelo currently one up.
They first fought to a draw in 2017 but in 2018 the Mexican was given the nod, with both fights seen by many as unfairly denied to Golovkin.
Williams is fighting on the undercard in Las Vegas when he fights Britain’s Kieron Conway for the WBA international middleweight belt, but when asked by The DAZN Boxing Show he was asked to give his prediction for the main event, Williams was reluctant to make a call and explained his reasoning.
“First off, let me give my respect,” he began.
“GGG was the second fighter I ever watched. When I think about it, I can’t answer that question out of respect to the both of them.
“I can’t blurt out something, I’ve got to be 100% solid on that.”
