In round two, a Fundora elbow opened up a serious cut on Tszyu, and the fight started to change following a good start from the champion.
The seriousness of Tszyu’s injury prompted many in the fight game to question the bout continuing and one of those figures is Billy Dib, a former featherweight world champion.
“This is ridiculous. This fight needs to be stopped,” wrote Dib on X.
“The amount of blood being lost is dangerous.”
