The film will focus on how George Foreman (Khris Davis) overcame a tough upbringing as a child to become one of the world's most promising boxers.
The film will revisit his legendary clash with Muhammad Ali (Sullivan Jones) before a near death experience against Jimmy Young in 1977 saw him announce his first retirement from the sport and become a Baptist minister and preacher.
However, with bankruptcy hanging over his struggling gym, Foreman gets back in touch with his former trainer Doc Broadus (Forest Whitaker) and becomes the oldest boxer to win the world heavyweight championship.
