Naoya Inoue continued to enhance his legacy on Tuesday afternoon when he became the new WBC and WBO world super bantamweight champion.
'The Monster' made easy work of defending champion Stephen Fulton who struggled to implement his defensive style as Inoue's speed and aggression frequently put the American on the back foot which eventually lead to Fulton being stopped in round eight.
Inoue's dominant performance has seen him receive plenty of plaudits from both fans and former fighters including former eight-weight world champion Manny Pacquiao who took to social media to express his thoughts on the fight.
"Inoue has great speed and lots of power behind his punches," Pacquiao wrote.
"He's a special fighter! #InoueFulton."
