Caleb Plant has broken his silence after being knocked out by Saul 'Canelo' Alvarez in the penultimate round of their fight for the undisputed super middlweight championship of the world on Saturday night.

The American proved a lot of fans wrong at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas after frustrating Canelo throughout the contest.

In a statement posted on Twitter, Plant thanked all his fans for their support and also said he has his sights set on becoming a two-time world champion.
