Ben Shalom is confident that Chris Eubank Jr. can secure a blockbuster fight with Canelo Alvarez in 2025.
The British middleweight returns to the ring on Oct 12, live on DAZN, against Kamil Szeremeta, where he will hope to make a big impression once again.
Eubank Jr. will contest his first fight in over a year, following an eventful 2023 that saw him trade wins with Liam Smith in a bad-tempered two-fight series.
The Brighton man defeated Smith in their rematch but he must first deal with Szeremeta before dream bouts with Canelo and Conor Benn can materialise.

Shalom, the main man at Boxxer, will be a keen observer when Eubank Jr’s next fight gets underway, but he’s already looking ahead at a potential battle with the Mexican icon.
“I genuinely believe that fight will happen next year, either in May or September,” Shalom told BoxingScene .
“Whether in Las Vegas or the UK, Chris is ready for the Canelo fight and hopefully it will happen next year.
"I really believe that. He was out of the ring for a year and was given a six-to-seven-weeks' notice.
"He's a big star already and earns big money anyway. He's not the type that you can tempt into the ring for a payday.
“He's made a fortune in the sport. He wants to go into that fight to win. So, he wants to go into that fight prepared.
"After the Kamil Szeremeta fight on October 12, it's big fights only, and Canelo is on top of the list.”
