Chris Eubank Jr. vs. Liam Williams re-scheduled for January 29th 2022

The much-anticipated domestic grudge match between middleweights Chris Eubank Jr. and Liam Williams has been re-scheduled for Januray 29th 2022.

Williams has suffered a recurrence of a shoulder injury which he picked up during his loss to Demetrius Andrade last April and as a result was unable to compete on December 11th at the Motorpoint Arena in Cardiff, Wales.

Tensions were already running high between the two men when they went face-to-face at a press conference in London last week.

Whoever wins this delayed fight will throw themselves back into the world title picture, while the loser could find themselves in the boxing wilderness.
